Students for Service Volunteers with City Year; Transforms Settlement House

Underwritten and sponsored by JointSchoolsNY, a non-profit created and
supported by a consortium of Parents Associations representing numerous NYC Independent Schools
, the service day provided needed improvements to the Settlement House, which provides services to 10,000 individuals per year, in a neighborhood where the average annual family income is $23,761.
